Babylon Health is a digital-first, value-based care company that is revolutionising healthcare by bringing AI to Clinical workflows. The company had a global team of over 4,000 employees and was valued at over $4 billion. In 2022, the company generated revenue of $1.1 billion. At Babylon my primary focus was on the tools and the experience for our Clinical and Operations teams.
Senior Product Designer  (Apr 2022-Present)
+ Designed a new healthcare product that integrates AI and existing EHRs to improve provider efficiency.
+ Shaping the future vision for the company product.
+ Designed experiences for appointment booking and management.
+ Collaborated with a cross-disciplinary Experience Design team with regular design reviews.

+ Improved internal Portals for Operations and Support teams.
+ Worked closely with a cross functional squad to deliver innovative new features.
+ Designed web applications for data modelling and managing health data.
+ Advocated for wider data literacy within the Experience Design team.
AltViz (Oct 2013-Feb 2020 | London, UK)
AltViz (now Replan.tech) is a fast-paced, B2B enterprise technology company specialising in solving complex problems using AI. I joined as the first employee and took on high-level ownership and accountability across multiple roles. My contributions were instrumental in helping the business scale its Intelligent Automation Platform.
Product Designer  (Jan 2015-Feb 2020)
+ Designed a SAAS tool for eBay Sellers that provided ML generated recommendations for listing improvements.
+ Facilitated and prioritised product requirements with stakeholders.
+ Defined the end to end user journeys and flows for complex user goals.
+ Produced rapid low-to-high fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
+ Collaborated closely with the engineering team to solve business problems and simplify complex user interactions.

+ Partnered with CEO and sales to shape the platform’s roadmap.
+ Managed and prioritised the platform's feature backlog.
+ Stayed current with automation and AI industry trends, and monitored competitors.

+ Spearheaded the rebranding from “Coolgarif” to “AltViz”.
+ Created animations and prototypes, and collaborated with developers.
+ Designed data visualisations and dashboards
